Engaging our professional services typically follows this process:
- 1. Initial Consultation: We discuss your needs and assess how our services can support your business goals
- 2. Service Agreement: We provide a formal service agreement outlining the scope, fees, and terms specific to your engagement
- 3. Documentation: You provide necessary documentation and information for us to deliver the agreed services
- 4. Service Delivery: We provide the accounting services as outlined in your agreement
- 5. Ongoing Support: We maintain regular communication and provide continued service as needed
Client Responsibilities
To ensure we can provide high-quality services, clients have certain responsibilities:

Service Modifications and Termination
Either party may modify or terminate services under certain conditions:
By Client:
You may request changes to your service level or terminate services by providing written notice. We ask for reasonable notice to ensure proper handover of records and completion of any ongoing work. Termination does not absolve responsibility for payment of services already rendered.
By Fiscal Edge:
We may suspend or terminate services if payment terms are not met, if you violate these terms, or if continuing the engagement would compromise our professional standards or legal obligations. We will provide notice where possible, except in cases of serious misconduct or legal requirements.
Mutual Agreement:
Services may be modified or concluded by mutual agreement at any time. We strive to maintain positive long-term relationships and work collaboratively to adjust services as your needs evolve.

Material changes to core services will be communicated to active clients. We reserve the right to make minor adjustments without prior notice when such changes do not substantially affect the nature of services provided.
Geographic Service Scope
Our accounting services are primarily designed for businesses operating in Cyprus or with Cyprus tax and regulatory obligations. While we may work with clients who have international operations, our core expertise is in Cyprus accounting standards and regulations.
